Here is your chance to make your own workout. Look at the pictures below and pick out some activities that you would like to do. See if you can do at least one activity from each category.
Try to do each "Aerobic" activity for at least 20 seconds without stopping. Try to do as many "Muscle Strengthening" and "Bone Building" activities as your age. For example if you are 7 years old, do 7 of each exercise.
After you have done all the activities in your workout, rest and try them all again or create a new workout.
It is totally up to you!! So, go ahead and GET FIT!!
