Did you know that you should get 60 minutes of physical activity each day?  Many children don’t get this amount of physical activity a day.  Children spend too much time on their computers, playing video games, and watching TV.  While all of these things are fun to do, they aren’t good for your body.  There are so many things that are just as fun that you can do without sitting down.
